Trust your employees

When the "carer" is dead and the numbers go down - what do we do?
My best advice: Trust your employees. Trust that they want the company's success as much as you do. Therefore, let them also experience making mistakes in the process to reach a goal. That's easier said than done because there are SO many companies that keep going even though maybe 50% of what they do doesn't work. Accepting mistakes and that something doesn't work is really hard.
But only when we let go of it can we use that energy and time for something else. The faster you move on from your loss (time, money, energy) and mistakes, the faster you can get to the finish line.
Give employees permission to fuck up, and support them as a manager with planning, guidance and trust in their process. These are also the things that the GIKI app helps with – however, the trust is on your mantle. Plan, systematize, measure, and then let your employees develop and use their abilities.
To put it as consultant-like as possible:
We must not be afraid of change.
- Try something new
- Measure the effect
- Accept the outcome
- Move on
Be a good leader and let them make mistakes – and then help them from there.
